- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
We do not accept returns for:

- Normal wear and tear
- Items damaged after use

Return Shipping
If the return is approved due to a defective or damaged product:
- Perfect Feets will cover the return shipping cost or provide instructions accordingly
- Unauthorized returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a replacement, please request a return and place a new order.
