All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

We currently ship only to:

United Kingdom
Pakistan

Orders placed from other countries cannot be processed.

Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping on orders above 150 GBP
Orders below 150 GBP will have shipping charges of 6 GBP per order

We show all shipping costs clearly before payment. We do not charge hidden fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.
You can use this number to monitor delivery progress with the courier.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
